Collection History:
Purchased by William Boehmer (1905-1990) and Edith Boehmer (1905-1990), both of whom taught in Seminole schools helped found the Seminole Craft Guild, at the 1963 Seminole Fair; donated to the Indian Arts and Crafts Board by Mr. and Mrs. Boehmer in 1963 or 1964; part of the IACB Headquarters collection (Department of the Interior, Washington, DC) until 2000 when it was transferred to NMAI.
