Kahlo neglected to mail her December 15th letter to Packard early enough to reach her in San Francisco and sent this urgent telegram to Packard. Here, she offers the same painting I with my Nurse to Walter Arensberg at a slightly higher price in lieu of Birth, which was for Edgar Kaufmann.
