Summary:
Calder and an assistant draw chalk lines for the next cut in a metalwork sculpture. <br>Photo taken in Caracas at Escuela T├ęcnica Industrial of the UCV (Central University of Venezuela), where Calder had been invited by his friend the architect Carlos Raul Villanueva. <br>Identification of location, photographer, and date from email correspondence with Mendoza's son Claudio Mendoza. This picture is one of several taken by Mendoza during Calder's stay in Caracas.
