The news footage discusses an item for auction, a ride in the crane over Bath Iron Works building in Bath, Maine. The winner, George Kunkel, and his wife Mary Ellen, are named. Beverly Hallam is named as a family friend, who accompanied George in the crane. Mary Ellen, George and Beverly are interviewed.
