Recording begins with test screen. Content begins 00:00:36. Recording has occasional video noise. Content is a TV documentary "Clay with Toshiko Takaezu", created for Montgomery College Educational Television. Recording consists of Takaezu working at the pottery wheel, making large pots, while discussing and demonstrating her work, the materials and methods she uses, her hands and fingertips as the best tools, clay as a living material, the items and their character, and closed pots as musical instruments. Also included is silent footage of Takaezu's pottery.
