Summary:
Recording has extremely poor visual video quality. Majority of audio track is understandable, with some muffled talking and sections of ambient sounds. Recording begins with a presentation by a man named David, which is followed by panel discussion, questions from the audience, lunch break, another panel discussion, presentations and music performance. Artist Joyce J. Scott designed <em>Druid Hill Park Memorial Pool</em>, a commissioned a public art piece, in 1997-1999.
