Sister Mary Paulita thanks Alston for his tutelage at the Art Student's League in New York, where she spent the summer. <br>Letter is written on stationery of Clarke College in Dubuque, where Kerrigan was an artist-in-residence. <br>Signed: Sister Mary Paulita, B.V.M. <br>She enclosed a newspaper clipping with a photo of herself sketching the construction site of the CBS building in New York.
