First page is a photocopied photo of Johnson, with the letter to Lippard typed over his cheek, explaining that he has enclosed eight pages of his Book about death.
The enclosed pages consist of two photocopies: one of a typewritten letter from "Buddha University" to the New York Times describing the death of the New York Correspondence School, and one of a handwritten page dated April 5, 1973 which simply states "The New York Correspondence School died."
Despite Johnson's note that 8 pages have been enclosed, these three pages are all that exist in this collection.
