Summary:
Part of a ca. 200-hour interview conducted by Deborah Stott at Lipchitz's studio in Pietrasanta, Italy, between 1968 and 1970. Lipchitz discusses his life and art, and describes in detail his collection of primitive art, numbering nearly 3000 pieces.<br>A summary of the content of each reel can be found in the Bruce Bassett papers related to Jacques Lipchitz.
