Summary:
Photograph shows a display of art labeled "Henry St. settlement," including sculptures on a table and hanging works on paper. Two little boys are observing the artworks, which are displayed outside near a cage which holds a Rhesus monkey. <br>Photograph is a work for hire by Beckerman for the N.Y. Federal Art Project, part of the W.P.A. <br>Date based on the days the festival was held, although back of photo is stamped: Sep 22 1938.
