Summary:
Seventeen letters from Imogen Cunningham to Hella Hammid, 1956- 1972. Also included is a photograph of Cunningham by Alma Lavenson, 1955, and several photographs and negative strips of Cunningham, possible taken by Hammid, 1965.

Hella Hammid (1921-1992) was a German-American photographer in Los Angeles, California. Hammid was friends with photographer Imogen Cunningham (1883-1976).
