Summary:
Two original Christmas cards sent to Fortess, one from Helen Tobler, 1951, of a watercolor and ink drawing of a woman reading on a park bench, surrounded by squirrels, and the other, a color etching of trees and people, 1953, from Margaret Harvig (?). Also included are a "Holiday Greeting" card sent by the Fortess', with an abstract print on the cover and a surreal landscape drawing of a mask on a tree inside; and a card "Karl and Lillian Fortess" with a drawing of a tree.
