Biographical material; a few letters, 1938-1939 and 1987-1988, and a 1991 memorandum, relating to WPA activities; art work, including loose sketches for medallions and other projects, a drawing for the Nitrogen Safety Award, 1956, a drawing for American Legion Award, and one sketchbook; exhibition catalogs; postcards, including some with reproductions of Mankowski's work; clippings; exhibition register, publication and award lists, and other miscellaneous printed materials; and ca. 200 photographs of Mankowski's sculpture, including works in progress, Mankowski in his studio, and pieces being installed.
