Biography Note:
Daniel Millsaps (1929-1982) was an art dealer, painter and administrator based in Washington, D.C. Millsaps founded the WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL ARTS LETTER in 1962, a newsletter "concerning 20th century patronage, support programs and developments," particularly government support. Millsaps was also involved in lobbying for the arts in Washington, D.C.
