Scope and Contents:
Chris and Mary Josephine Morris (and unidentified boy) putting sheets of birchbark on frame. From a series showing the construction of a Mi'kmaq (Micmac) wi'kuom (wigwam) by Chris and Mary Josephine Morris on the Eskasoni Reserve, Nova Scotia. See also N19866-N19894. The poles and birchbark coverings from the wigwam are in the NMAI collection (catalog number 17/6513).
