Contain posters, advertisements, programs, brochures, and tickets from concerts, festivals, and tributes. Events were held at the Playboy Jazz Festival, Newark Music Festival, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Philharmonic Center for the Arts, Franklin H. Williams Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute, Havana Central restaurant and bar, and Aaron Davis Hall Performing Arts Center to name a few. Materials are arranged in chronological order.
Collection Restrictions:
Collection is open for research. Gloves must be worn when handling unprotected photographs and negatives. Special arrangements must be made to view some of the audio-visual materials. Contact the Archives Center at 202-633-3270.
