Scope and Contents:
4-page newspaper (single sheet, originally folded). Includes text of Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, an article about it, and an anti-slavery poem. The paper was extremely pro-Union. Ink signature, "P.M. Farley," at top left, p. 1; with other markings on same page.
