Scope and Contents:
A series of unbound narrative reports were received by the Assistant Commissioner, which includes annual reports from staff officers. The unbound annual reports from staff officers, 1866–68, are arranged chronologically. They include reports from the Disbursing Officer, the Subsistence Department, and the Medical Department. The Assistant Commissioner apparently used these reports to compile his annual reports to the Commissioner.
