Scope and Contents:
Most of these newspaper clippings are from the United States, though there are accounts from foreign papers in the cities in which Wolf Robe toured. They are sorted by decade and span a period of approximately 1930 to the mid-1970s. The earlier clippings describe tours in the United States that were originally with Wolf Robe's father. The clippings from the 1960s mainly reflect government sponsored goodwill tours abroad. Many of the clippngs include photographs, describe Wolf Robe's awards, public appearances, travels, honors, and visits to hospitals.
