Scope and Contents:
Edited film is a threatical travelogue produced for "Along the Road to Romance on the Magic Carpet of Movietone." Film documents winter in the country and city. The city scenes show cars, buildings, and snow; the country scenes include families shoveling on a farm, and sleighs and wagons drawn by horses. Film also includes winter sports: downhill and cross country skiing, sledding, skating, tobogganing and dog sleds. Narrated by Ed Thorgersen.
