CDR copy FW-ASCH-7RR-0843 contains dubs of 78 rpm records of the Piatnitsky Chorus, including instrumental accompaniment, which is usually an accordion. The tape also contains several instrumentals with many instruments. The tape may have been used in producing the Folkways recording, "Russian Folk Songs: Songs and Dances of Central Russia," (FW06820) featuring the Piatnitsky Chorus and Orchestra; however, although there is some overlap, there are some songs on the record not on this tape and vice versa. No written information accompanies the tape.
