Previous to pastoring at Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, Rev. Flippen was the pastor of churches in rural Georgia. He was pastor of Springfield Baptist Church in Greene County, Georgia and Shoals Creek Baptist Church in Locust Grove, Georgia. In this interview he talks about pastoring in the rural community.
