Writings include a commencement address, various lectures and panel talks that include three video recordings, manuscripts and drafts by Vargas and others that includes one electronic disc, five notebooks, and notes.
Collection Restrictions:
Use of original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C., Research Center. Use of archival records with audiovisual records with no duplicate copies requires advance notice.
