Exhibition files relate to proposed and completed exhibitions in which Lipofsky participated, mostly in the United States of America. Files may include correspondence, writings, business material such as contracts or price lists, printed material, and photographs.
Arrangement:
Largely, folder titles have been transcribed from the original label. The files are arranged in rough alphabetical order based on exhibition title (if available and clearly noted within the documents) or by the gallery or institution at which the event was held or organized.
In order to maintain minimal level standards at the Archives of American Art, files C through Z are listed in bulk folder groupings.
