Scope and Contents:
Fisch's files from SDSU include correspondence, evaluations, exhibition material, grant programs and projects, university programs, a file for sabbatical paperwork submitted to SDSU in order for Fisch to pursue various projects, and recommendations written by Fisch for Nancy Worden, Maryann Scherr, Helen Shirk, Hiroko Pijanowski, Richard Mafond, Kathleen Browne, Marcia Lewis, Thelma Coles, Christina Smith, Randy Long, Brigid O'Hanrahan, Jeannie Keefer Bell, Gina Westergard, Eugene Pijanowski, Richard Mawdsley, Gyongy Laky, Billie Jean Theide, Wendy Maruyama, Paul Smith, David LaPlantz, Albert Paley, Bernard Kester, Kathleen Browne, Marcia Lewis, Thelma Coles, Christina Smith, Randy Long, Brigid O'Hanrahan, Jeannie Keefer Bell, Gina Westergard, and for the Penland School of Crafts. Recommendations for Fisch are by Bernard Kester, Robert Ebendorf, Gary Griffin, David Tisdale, Dennis Komac, and Howard Evans. Collection Restrictions:
Use of original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C., Research Center. Use of archival audiovisual recordings and born-digital records with no duplicate copies requires advance notice.
Collection Rights:
Arline M. Fisch retains copyright for the manuscript for the 2nd edition of her book Textile Techniques in Metal for Jewelers, Sculptors, and Textile Artists (New York: Van Nostrand Reinhold, c. 1975) and notes for the first edition.
