Scope and Contents:
Photographs are of William Baziotes, Ethel Baziotes, family and friends, his residence, and his artwork. There are a few photographs of Meir Bernstein, Sam Kootz, Paul Bodin, Michel Licht, Maria Motherwell, Pablo and Maya Picasso, Orlando Zulueta, Rudi Blesh, Nathan Halper, Harriet Janis, Ethel Schwabacher, Maurice Sievan, Clyfford Still, and others. The bulk of the material in the series consists of photographs, but there are also a few slides and negatives.
Collection Restrictions:
Use of original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C., Research Center.
