Exhibition files include slides and photographs of exhibition installations and individual works of art exhibited. Some files also contain small amounts of correspondence, notes, and lists of works shown.
Arrangement note:
Related material is included among the administrative records (series 1), especially in the Selection Committee's correspondence. Financial records (series 4) document exhibition fees paid by member and guest artists. Exhibition announcements, catalogs, press releases and reviews are found with printed material (series 7) and in the scrapbooks (series 5). Guest books (series 6) verify dates of exhibitions and record shows for which there is no other surviving documentation.
