These records contain project files, blueprints, contract and work files, photographs, and correspondence related to several renovation projects. Included are renovation
and restoration plans for the Arts and Industries Building, the Patent Office Building (home to the National Collection of Fine Arts and National Portrait Gallery), and the
Freer Gallery of Art. Also included are original blueprints, drawings, and renovation plans from the Carnegie Mansion located at 91st Street and 5th Avenue, New York City,
which is now the home of the Cooper-Hewitt Museum.
