This accession consists of two websites maintained by the Consortium for the Barcode of Life (CBOL), an international initiative devoted to developing DNA barcoding
as a global standard for the identification of biological species since 2004, as they existed on February 21, 2017.
The "Barcode of Life: Identifying Species with DNA Barcoding" website provides information for and about the DNA barcoding community, including events, publications, and
other resources. It also includes information about CBOL and the International Barcode of Life project (iBOL), the largest biodiversity genomics initiative ever undertaken.
"Barcode of Life: Connect" is a community space that includes discussion forums and blog posts. This accession may not include all public content and does not include password-protected
