Descriptive Entry:
These records consists of film and sound elements for the film, "Thomas Edison and His Amazing Invention Factory." This 28 minute film was made in 1979 to accompany the exhibition, "Edison: Lighting a Revolution" at the National Museum of History and Technology. The film was a biographical piece featuring the invention of electric light and the founding of research labs. It won the 1980 CINE Golden Eagle Award and musical commentary is by the Iron Clad Agreement.
