Strategic Planning, and submitted to Constance B. Newman, Under Secretary, in 1999, which documents Smithsonian Institution information technology resources at present and
requirements in the future. Also includes a copy of the survey form used to gather statistical data on desktop computer application software, which Conklin used in the report.
