Mostly botanical terms, many with Latin identification. Names of unidentified plants are in pencil, and "the signs for quantity of vowels are those used in the Century Dictionary."
Biographical / Historical:
Informants: Panamint Pete and family, Panamint Bill, Frank Kennedy (White prospector who had lived with the Panamint), and "an Indian, probably Shoshone, at Keeler, California."
