Prints relate primarily to Dakota (Sioux) Indians, copied from original prints in the collection of the South Dakota State Historical Society. Pierre, South Dakota. [Copies made August, 1958.] List of 435 captions, prepared by James Tubbesing, accompanies prints; only the numbers circled in red are contained in the albums for Bureau of American Ethnology reference.
