Extracts from various published sources, 21 pages, typed; includes Report of the Secretary of War [Confederate], War Department, Richmond, January 3, 1863, 8 pages. Ratification by President James K. Polk of Treaty of May 15, 1846, 8 pages, printed. Lists names of Indian signers of the treaty from the following tribes: Comanche, Waco, Keeche, Tonkaway, Wicheta, Towa-karro.
