Summary:
This collection contains audio recordings made by Alma Mater Recording Company, featuring camp, folk, pop and broadway songs recorded at various summer camps and schools in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Ohio, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and North Carolina.
Scope and Contents:
This collection contains vinyl discs, cassette tapes, open reel tapes, lacquer discs, and papers produced by the Alma Mater Recording Co. between 1959-1986. The vinyl discs and cassettes represent the commercial recordings produced by the company, while the open reel tapes and laquer disc represent the associated master recordings. Papers include correspondence with various camps, promotional material, and cover designs.
