Provenance:
The material was on loan for micorfilming purposes in August of 1984 and subsequently returned. The lenders, Mrs. David Winton and Mrs. E. M. Hennings, are the daughter and wife of Hennings, respectively.

The Archives of American art does not own the original papers. Use is limited to the microfilm copy.
