Also included art research materials for Cummings's DICTIONARY OF CONTEMPORARY AMERICAN ARTISTS, (2nd through 6th ed., 1977-1994), including questionnaires, dossiers, and other biographical information about contemporary artists, and letters; and for AMERICAN DRAWINGS: The 20th CENTURY (1976), including correspondence, data on drawings, and a draft and final version of the book. Also included are 50 letters and two printed announcements; files on Whitney Museum of American Art projects, Sara Roby Foundation (AFA), exhibition files, and manuscripts.
