An interview of Robert Carlen conducted 1988 March 17, by Marina Pacini, for the Archives of American Art.
This interview was conducted as a follow-up to his 1985 interview with Catherine Stover. Carlen speaks of Black artists in Philadelphia; various artists Carlen knew over the years; and the Carl Schurtz Foundation and the Pyramid Club.
