Description:
This collection consists of the field notes of Edward Alphonso Goldman from the Department of Botany in the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution. This collection consists of two items that contain specimen lists and field notes from Goldman's collecting activities in Mexico between 1897 and 1911.

Abstract:
This item consists of several specimen lists of E. A. Goldman from his collecting activities in Mexico and surrounding areas, 1904 through 1911. The specimen lists include collector numbers (720-1874), scientific name, common name, height, location, and date. Most of the collecting took place in Mexico, including Chiapas, Veracruz, San Pedro Martin Mts., among other localities. Other locations include New Mexico, California, Arizona, and Panama.
