Collection descriptions
Date:
1928-1940
Introduction:
This finding aid was digitized with funds generously provided by the Smithsonian Institution Women's Committee.

By letter of September 26, 1923, the Chief of the Bureau of Biological Survey requested from the National Park Service yearly "information as to the number of the different kinds of big game animals in the various national parks, for use in reissuance of lists of national and state game and bird refuges."
