They both wear beaded necklaces and white dresses with long sleeves, and their hair is parted in the middle with long ringlets falling over their shoulders. The older sister holds open a book with both hands, and the younger one holds a sprig of flowers in her left hand and places her right hand on her sister's shoulder.
