Summary:
William Penn in the center stands between a group of his men holding the unfurled treaty document and a group of Native Americans looking over goods brought as a peace offering. Two colonists seated in the middle show a bolt of red fabric to two seated Native Americans, while other Native Americans stand nearby. In the background there is the shoreline and a ship anchored out in the water. Across the water, on the opposite shore, is a cabin and a rowboat filled with figures.
