Summary:
Nana Oparebea, a chief priestess and spiritual leader, explains the spiritual nature of African people, her visit to the United States to teach Africans in the United States about their culture, the origin of Ghana's Psychic and Traditional Healing Association, and her election as the national chairman of the association in 1962. Recording includes footage of several paintings, drawings, and photographs portraying African people and culture. At an airport in Washington, D.C., women, men, and children dance and sing; and participate in a ceremony in celebration of Nana Oparebea. At an exterior location, they participate in a ceremony in which a lamb is sacrificed.
