Curated by César Piňeiro, Art-Caribe featured works of Puerto Rican born artist, Dennis Mario Rivera. The exhibition was organized by the Anacostia Museum and held there September 18, 1994 through November 06, 1994. Rivera uses his art to tell stories of his homeland and the Caribbean. Many of his works is this exhibit focused on the region's African heritage.
