Summary:
This collection contains the audiovisual (AV) records created by the Anacostia Community Museum's Research Department between the years of 1967-1989 and provides documentation of the Anacostia community. It includes a series of videotaped street interviews conducted with locals at various locations around Washington, D.C.'s Anacostia neighborhood between April 3 and July 27, 1972, documentation of the George Washington University Students Metro Project and the Housing in Anacostia Video Project, as well as various interviews with local residents around and about the community.
