Summary:
Audiovisual materials related to the Reclaiming Midwives: stills from All my babies exhibition, which was held Nov. 14, 2005-April 2, 2006 at the Anacostia Museum, and at 6 other venues through March 2007. This traveling exhibition was curated by Linda Janet Holmes, and featured photographs by Robert Galbraith that explore the lives and experiences of black midwives in Georgia in the early 1950s. This collection contains the audiovisual objects created while Reclaiming Midwives was on display at the Anacostia Community Museum and it includes video recordings of docent training sessions, a gallery talk with curator Linda Janet Holmes, and interviews by Fleur Paysour.
