One of four parcels of land that previously made up Beacon Hill estate. Features from the original property include the wall fountain, the semi-circular pergola, and the area of the original rose garden to include the terrace and oval pool. The garden is the noth section of the rose garden on Beacon HIll of Arthur Curtiss James.
