Consists primarily of advertising cards, invoices, receipts, correspondence, notices, circulars, announcements, recipe books, market reports, price lists, advertisements, patents, and trademarks from manufacturers and merchants of various types of flour for home and commercial use. Many manufacturers also sold machinery for milling flour. Of interest to researchers are several unique advertising items, including paper dolls from the Freeman Milling Company, material from the Farmers Union Grain Terminal Association, and copies of Lister's Diabetic Flour recipe book and Tyler's Raw Food Cookbook.
