Summary:
The collection consists of papers collected by Andriote as research for his book, VICTORY DEFERRED: HOW AIDS CHANGED GAY LIFE IN AMERICA; also recorded and transcribed interviews Andriote conducted with activists, researchers, authors, and others involved in the fight against HIV and AIDS. Also included are printed materials such as pamphlets, articles, and programs and printed materials from organizations active in the fight against AIDS. 2011 addendum: two photographs of John-Manuel Andriote.
