The Old Dominion Dental Society and the Virginia Dental Association appear to be two separate groups. It is not known to which group those photographed belonged.
Posed group of men and one woman seated and standing in rows on and in front of a stage. The stage curtains are drawn. Each person has a rectangular on their lapel, probably a name badge. Ink on negative: caption and "Scurlock Photo". Ink on envelope: "April 1961 Virginia Dental Association". "KODAK - SAFETY - FILM 15" edge imprint. Retouching on faces with New Coccine.
